Unable to start debugging on the web server. The project is not configured to be debugged.

If while runing the .Net project above error comes , Try following options :

1. Add user to "debugger users"
2. Enable debugging in web.config / project settings
3. For intranet sites in internet > security > intranet sites , Enable the "login with current username and password".
